Sweet curd pie

Sweet pie that my kids loved so much :)

and why wouldn't they - it had soooooo much sugar in ...

Base is the sweet shortcrust pastry:

160 g butter
100g sugar

220 g flour
1 egg yolk

Filling:
1 egg-white

2 eggs
300g curd

100g sugar
200g flour

1 grated apple

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

a pinch of vanilla sugar
