Abbrevations used (US terms):
Col - colour :)
ch - chain
sc - single crochet
hdc - half double crochet
dc - double crochet
htr - half triple crochet (yarn over hook twice, insert hook in said st, yarn through 2 loops, yarn through 3loops.)
tr - triple crochet
sl st - slip stitch
picot - ch 3, sl st in first ch
st - stitch
bl - back loop

Round 1, Col A:
Magic ring, ch 3 (counts as dc), 11 dc in magic ring. Sl st in first dc. Fasten off.
(12 dc)

Round 2, Col B:
Join in any dc. *Ch 4, sc in 2nd ch from hook, hdc in next ch, dc in next ch. Skip one st from previous round, sl st in next..* (One petal made, 5 more to go) Repeat from * to * 5 more times. Fasten off.
(6 petals: 24 ch, 6 sc, 6 hdc, 6 dc, 6 sl st)

Round 3 (three front petals), Col C:* Ch 1, sl st in dc of first row (that is placed in the middle of one of those six petals from round 2), ch 1. Further we work around next petal on round 2. Sc, hdc in first st, dc 2 in next st, htr 2 in next st. Tr 2 in st at top of petal, picot, hdc in midle of tr, tr in same st at top of petal. Htr 2 in next st, dc 2 in next st. Hdc, sc in last stitch of the petal from round 2. *
Repeat from * to * two more times. Sl st to first ch made (does not count). Fasten off.
(3 petals: 6 ch, 6 sc, 9 hdc, 12 dc, 12 htr, 9 tr, 3 sl st, 3 picot)

Round 4 (three background petals. Exactly like three front petals just worked on remaining petals from roun 2 and in background of round 3), Col C:
* Ch 1, sl st in bl of dc of first row (that is placed in the middle of one of those three finished petals from round 3), ch 1. Further we work around next petal on round 2. Sc, hdc in first st, dc 2in next st, htr 2 in next st. Tr 2 in st at top of petal, picot, hdc in midle of tr, tr in same st at top of petal. Htr 2 in next st, dc 2 in next st. Hdc, sc in last stitch of the petal from round 2. *
Repeat from * to * two more times. Sl st to first ch made (does not count). Fasten off.
