Flower Nr.145

Or as I like to call it "daisy in the middle" :)


I'm tight crocheter using DK weight yarn and size 4 hook.

Abbrevations used (US terms):
Col - colour :)
ch - chain
sc - single crochet
dc - double crochet
tr - triple crochet
hdtr - half double treble crochet
2sc cluster - 2 single crochet cluster
sl st - slip stitch
ch sp - chain space
sp - space (for this flower space between dc's)
picot - ch 3, sl st in first ch

Pattern for daisy in the middle:
Round 1: Col A.
Magic ring, ch 3 (counts as dc), 13 dc in magic ring. Sl st in first dc. Fasten off.
(14 dc)

Round 2: Col B.
*ch, 3 dc in between any 2 dc's from previous round, ch*
Repeat from * to * 6 more times in every other sp between dc's of previos round.
Sl st in first ch made. Fasten off.
(14 ch, 21 dc)

Round 3: Col C.
Make standing hdtr in any free space between dc's of 1st round. 
Tr, picot, tr in ch sp of 2nd round.
Hdtr in same space you made previous hdtr in 1st round.
Hdc in first sp between dc's of 2nd round, 2 sc cluster in same and next sp, hdc in second sp between dc's of 2nd round.
* Hdtr in next free space between dc's of 1st round.
Tr, picot, tr in ch sp of 2nd round.
Hdtr in same space you made previous hdtr in 1st round.
Hdc in first sp between dc's of 2nd round, sc cluster in same and next sp, hdc in second sp between dc's of 2nd round *
Repeat from * to * 5 more times.
Sl st in first hdtr made. Fasten off.
(7 picots, 7 2sc cluster, 14 hdc, 14 tr, 14 hdtr)

Tip for round 3: When making dc's in first round, fold second round to back.
